On the T piece MSE050M can you confirm, the male and opposite end female are M10x1 and the side taping is 1/8x27 NPT Female.
That is correct. All the T pieces have a side port 1/8NPT. They are used to fit Stack, CAI, Smiths and Raceparts mechanical oil pressure gauges.
