Please be aware that whilst we keep good stocks of most parts and have the ability to pack and dispatch customer orders very swiftly, we depend on Royal Mail and Couriers to meet their delivery targets. Therefore, during this volatile and unpredictable time we cannot promise our usual Next Day / Swift delivery service. Please be patient when waiting for parts to be delivered if they have not arrived within the expected time frame. If your chosen delivery method comes with a tracking code then keep an eye on that for updates.
How to calculate your order and shipping costs
You do not have to go through the checkout process to find out what your total cost including delivery will be for items you want to purchase.
The simplest way to calculate your cost is to add all the items you want to purchase to your cart (click the 'Add to Cart' button on each item). In your shopping cart you'll see the cost against each item (inc VAT if applicable for your location) and the total cost beneath.
To determine delivery cost, select your delivery country from the drop down menu then select your preferred delivery method from the drop down options listed (there may be one or more options). Please note that your postcode may influence the shipping price. When you place your order, depending on your delivery country, we may need to contact you to give you an exact cost - in this case no payment will be taken until we have contacted you and had your agreement on delivery method and cost.
Placing Your Order & Payment
Please note that at the point of placing your order on our website and entering your card details no money is taken from your account. Before taking any credit card payment we download your order, check all the parts, read any comments you've left, and we may then email you if we can offer any suggestions. Only when all questions have been answered and the goods are ready for dispatch do we take the money from yo ur account. Please note however that if you choose to pay via Paypal then payment is taken at the time you place your order.
If you place your order between Monday and Friday 3pm, providing we have your items in stock, your order will be dispatched on the same day (if you also choose a next-day delivery option then your goods will be with you next day). We hold huge stocks so that our customers receive goods in the shortest possible time. If any items are not in stock we will contact you and let you know how long goods will take to reach you before you commit to the purchase. Please note that we do not take payment from your credit card until your goods are dispatched.
Whilst our offices are open Monday to Saturday, courier collections are from Monday to Friday. Therefore, if you place your order on a Saturday or after 3pm on Friday your order will not be collected from our offices until Monday.
For Royal Mail Special Delivery orders - you need to have your order with us by 3pm between Monday and Friday for next day delivery by 1.00pm (NB for guaranteed delivery on a Saturday there is a small surcharge). If you order choosing Royal Mail Special Delivery on any week day after 3pm your order will not be processed until the following working week day and therefore delivery will be the working week day after that. We used to list all UK and overseas postage rates here on our site - unfortunately these are very difficult to keep up to date as they change on a regular basis. Therefore the easiest and quickest way to calculate the postage rate/s is to place all items in your Cart, then pick your delivery country and preferred delivery method as described above under 'How to calculate your order and shipping costs'. Please note that your postcode may influence the shipping price.
Merlin can ship to any country in the world. Orders to Non EU Countries will not be charged VAT.
Your invoice will be issued in Pounds Sterling (the foreign currency prices listed on our website are an 'approximate' conversion from Pounds Sterling into other currencies - the exact conversion will always be calculated at the rate of exchange on the day that you place your order).
Your payment will be taken in Pounds Sterling either by credit card or Paypal. We also welcome payments in Sterling by bank transfer. To make a bank transfer payment please submit your order by selecting 'Send Order without Payment' and we will be in contact with you to give you our bank details.
If you are a Company registered for Sales Tax (VAT) in the EU, please use the comments section on the checkout page to give us your Sales Tax registration number. If we have your Sales Tax (VAT) registration number no VAT will be charged on your order.

Please note that we will credit on the goods only, not on the carriage out or return carriage costs. Our money-back promise is valid for 30 days from the date goods are dispatched to you.
