Arai GPV-R Full Face Helmet FIA 8859-2024 Approved
Arai GPV-R Full Face Motorsport Helmet. A newly developed helmet design from Arai, the GPV-R's new shell design lowers the shield pivot point to allow the upper portion of the shell to be smoother & rounder to redistribute impact energy more efficiently.
Another new feature for the Arai GPV-R helmet is the visor (shield) centre lock. Known as GP-VAS, the visor system has been developed to lower the pivot point, yet still fully open without contacting the shell, resulting in improved impact absorption performance in the FIA tests. The centre lock itself has a positive lock and effortless function from either side.
Another innovation from Arai is the interior padding of the GPV-R helmet. The liner is fully removable which allows for better airflow, easier cleaning and fitment adjustment. Redesigned cheek pads allow for easy installation of both microphones, ear pieces and drinks tubes.
This Arai GPV-R helmet meets both FIA 8859-2024 and Snell SA2025 approvals meaning the helmet features M6 threaded inserts so that HANS/FHR posts can be fitted by the wearer. Please note, the helmet does NOT come with HANS/FHR posts, these are sold separately (see linked product below).
