Aluminium Pie Cuts for Welding Custom Bends
Aluminium pie cuts (pack of 6) for welding custom aluminium bends. Manufactured from 6063 grade Aluminium, these 15° sections are CNC machine cut allowing them to be welded together to create a wide range if directional changes in tubing systems.
Pie cuts are short, angled sections of tube which are used by fabricators to assemble custom, sometimes complex tubes. The sections can be rotated to create almost any tight angle. These sections are then welded together. Often used in Turbo and Intercooler pipework, intake systems and cooling pipework.
Each pack is supplied with six 15° angle pie cuts, making 90° in total. The pie cuts are natural Aluminium, ideal for clean TIG welding. They can be polished once they have been welded.
Available in 35mm (1 3/8"), 38mm (1 1/2"), 51mm (2"), 60mm (2 3/8"), 63mm (2 1/2"), 70mm (2 3/4"), 76mm (3") and 102mm (4") outside diameters. Please select your required diameter pie cut from the selection menu before placing the item in your basket.
