Piper Exhausts Universal Sports 'Cats'. With the introduction of new ruling, which states that cars built since 31st December 1999 must now be fitted with a catalytic converter for competition use, there is a need for universal fitment, high flow 'Cats'.
Many catalytic converters put a distinct restriction on the flow of exhaust gases and therefore reduce power, the secret is to find one with the least restriction. With this in mind, Piper have developed a range of universal sports catalysts using their state of the art air flow facility.
